Social Media Services

1) Services performed are as featured on Social Media Services web page unless otherwise noted in your contract.

2) Posting cycles are created in advance and submitted for your approval ahead of scheduling. You will have two business days to review and request any changes. If you fail to reply, the cycle will be scheduled as created and any edits will incur an additional fee. If you request edits in the allotted time frame, we will re-submit the posts to you for your review and a new two business day turnaround period will commence. 

3) Special Events/ Special Promo outside of our established posting strategy need to be provided ten days in advance to allow ample design and scheduling time plus consider the best marketing strategy. 

4) The fee for removal, editing and rescheduling outside of the two business day time frame is based on availability and $10 per post.

5) Flyers for events, shows and special needs are not posts. Each tier package reflects if and how many flyers are included in your monthly package. If additional flyers are needed beyond your package, a standard design fee will apply. Please see our "Designs" web page for pricing.

6) Services are paid monthly in advance.

7) Reports are provided weekly or monthly according to your package, in a shared folder and are transparently available for client review.

8) Consults are available according to your selected package. You are responsible for scheduling your consult. Out booking link is on the home page as well as in our email signature for your convenience. Additional consults will incur a $25 fee. 

9) You will retain ownership of posts, comments, graphics, videos and all designs created.

10) After one month of term free services, a three month commitment is required with a signed contract. Payment is due in advance each month. In the event that either Party wishes to terminate the agreement upon completion of the term, that Party will be required to provide 7 days' notice to the other Party. Otherwise, services will continue and new 3 month service contract will commence.

11) We will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which we have obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law.

12) All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Contractor and the Contractor to the Client including service price, under this Agreement is Confidential Information

13) Though we may have initiated our business through social media, our method of contact for business is through email at projectsmithdesigns@gmail.com to remain organized and efficient.

14) After payment is 5 days late, all services will terminate until the Client pays the the monthly payment plus a 15% reconnect fee.

 
 

Web Design Services

1) Services performed are as featured on Web Design Services web page unless otherwise noted in our agreement.

2) Turn around times are reflected in business days not including weekends or federal holidays. Services commence 24 business hours after receipt of information request. An information request is typically for your desired photos and or products to be featured on your site, general business info such as phone number and address, content such as "About Us" and other sections etc., (Does not include content Project Smith is contracted to create). As an example if you submit required information on a Friday evening, day one for service turnaround is Monday.  

3) A 50% deposit is required to initiate web design services and after design and layout is confirmed, the 50% balance is due. 

4) Prices and fees for additions and requests after site completion and approval is available on our Web Design web page.  

5) Web hosting is a 3rd party cost available through Wix. We no longer provide web design through other hosts. Our clients typically pay $162 (best rate) for the year which includes a SSL certificate, custom domain and many special apps or $33 per month. Example, if you purchase a basic design package for $249, you will need to additionally purchase hosting through the provider. 

6) Web maintenance packages are available upon request and require a formal quote as client needs vary.

7) Site ownership is transferred to client upon completion and satisfaction. Client will have the option to permit us administrative access for future support or remove us. 

8) Please review your package to learn if an overview is included. An overview will show you common functions and maintenance of your site this does not include training in web design. 

9) Custom graphics for your site will incur an additional fee.

10) We will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which we have obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law.

11) All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Contractor and the Contractor to the Client including service price, under this Agreement is Confidential Information

Media and Live Streaming Services

1) Services performed are as featured on Media Services web page unless otherwise noted in our agreement.

2) Raw video, minute markers and overlay text must be submitted three business days in advance by clients with a recurring contract and seven business days in advance for non-contracted clients. Project Smith blocks out substantial time for these projects. If client raw media is not received timely, this results in time and revenue loss as well as impacts any proceeding scheduled projects or tasks. If raw media and content is not received timely as noted in agreement, project completion will be based on Project Smith's availability. If available, a $45 late/rush fee will be due before edit commences. 

3) Audio/Visual checks are available prior to live streams as well as a quick debrief, free of charge. (This does not apply to pre-recorded videos).

4) Packages that contain an intro/outro are a one time design. New/additional intros/outros require a formal quote and fee based on client's vision.  

5) Client is responsible for licensing and use of content provided to Project Smith. Please note, social platforms may flag or even block your content from streaming due to use of audio or unlicensed visuals. Project Smith is not responsible for this. Please consider this when providing your content.  

6) Custom graphics for your videos/live stream will incur an additional fee.

10) Service payment is due in advance. Turn around times are reflected in business days not including weekends or federal holidays. Service timelines commence 24 business hours after receipt of raw media and content is received. As an example if you submit required information on a Friday evening, day one for service turnaround is the following Monday.

11) For recurring services, after payment is 5 days late, all services will terminate until the Client pays the the monthly payment plus a 15% reconnect fee.
